Kids Company and Empire in Successful Partnership

Since expanding into Bristol in January 2013 kids company have gone from strength to strength. They now boast five sites across the city as well as having staff based in numerous schools. When they came to the city they immediately began working closely with Empire Fighting Chance who now deliver all of their sports sessions.Empire started by delivering a session once per week at the Filwood Broadway centre, this has now grown to several sessions per week across three of the sites including working with their young people on a one to one basis.The results of this work have been very positive and Empire have even opened their doors to pupils from Kids company as a place to gain work experience.Empire Fight Chance director Jamie Sanigar had this to say about the partnership:It is a great privilege to work alongside a charity that delivers so much for so many young people.  We have been working with Kids company for over 12 months now and we are hopeful that our close relationship can continue for many years to come.
