Sunday 6th October 2019

Organised jointly by Empire Fighting Chance and Bitton Road Runners, the Keynsham 10K is back on Sunday the 6th of October. With 100% of profits from the race benefiting our work, this is a local 10K, making a real difference!

Starting at the newly renovated Chocolate Quarter, the race–kindly sponsored by B Block Pizza–takes runners around most of the old route, including Charlton Road and Redlynch Lane, before passing through the beautiful Memorial Park towards the finish line.

Entry is £14 affiliated and £16 non-affiliated, with a finisher’s memento for every runner.

You can also benefit from our Keynsham 10K training plan below, designed by former Royal Marine and Empire Fighting Chance Operations Manager Dan Smart.
