We have two programmes with the NHS aimed to increase both physical and mental wellbeing.
We run numerous programmes in partnership with the Avon and Wiltshire mental health service. This partnership is building upon the success we have previously had working with adults suffering from mental health problems.
These programmes run from a general dedicated ‘Box Fit’ session through to a patient centric, holistic programme that offers mentoring, counselling and access to better employment and education prospects.
These sessions can be run either on a one to one or group basis.
We offer separate sessions for young people and adults suffering from mental health issues and can also be used as a preventative, early intervention service. Our services can be access via:
- GP referrals
Outcomes of these sessions can include:
- Better mental health
- Less reliance on medicated intervention
- Improved physical health
- Improved treatment of BME groups
- Reduced stigma of mental health issues
