In the Fitness and Health section, we’re sharing fun workouts that you and your family can do in the comfort of your own home! These workout routines will all come with difficulty modifiers, whether you find them too difficult or even too easy! If they are not listed in the workout videos themselves, your mentor will be more than happy to help you with the modifiers or set you a new challenge. Let us know how you get on.
