We offer regular non-contact boxing sessions with Bristol Boxing Gym for young people aged 10-16.

Each session sees a psychologically informed Empire Fighting Chance coach facilitate fun yet demanding physical activities for young people to learn how to box, including speedball workouts, pad work and shadow boxing.

We welcome young people from all backgrounds and abilities to our open sessions in the evenings and weekends at the gym. We also run smaller groups throughout the week and sessions for girls and families.

We regularly get referrals to our other three programmes through Box Juniors. Our coaches also encourage the alumni of Box Champions, Box Therapy and Box Careers to join Box Juniors sessions to continue their growth once their programme ends.
